My Process Is

Holistic: addressing all parts of your life that may be impacting your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

Intuitive: gentle questioning to help you move forward, at your pace, so you will feel safe, heard and understood.

Centred around self-care: you deserve to treat yourself with love, kindness and respect and this will be an integral part of our work together.

My Services:

There are three different ways you can work with me. Click on the headings below for further information.

1. Peaceful Food & Body Freedom: Private Therapeutic Coaching Programme

This is my private ‘one to one’ programme where you will get individual support over a period of five months.

On this programme you will learn how to:

  • Free yourself from the dieting rollercoaster
  • Stop thinking constantly about food
  • Let go of shame and guilt
  • Reconnect with your body’s hunger and fullness signals
  • Enjoy tasty, nutritious food that leaves you feeling satisfied
  • Feel comfortable in your body
  • Treat yourself with kindness and respect
  • Take care of your physical and mental health
  • Create an everlasting peace and calm around food and your body

Twelve sessions of one-to-one therapeutic coaching held virtually on Zoom, weekly or fortnightly, from the comfort of your own home.

(WhatsApp or email support is available between sessions)

The first session is 90 minutes. All remaining sessions are 60 minutes.

Investment: £1,995 (or three payments of £695)

2. Chaos to Calm Group Coaching Programme - Coming Soon

My private programme in a group format – a six-month programme with a supportive online community.

This is ideal if you are seeking connection with others who are on the same journey, and would enjoy the extra support this offers.

The programme is self-study (videos and workbooks) with live monthly group coaching and Q&A sessions.

You will also have access to a private community where you can ask questions and get to know other women on the programme.

Investment £995 (or three payments of £355)

3. Private Coaching and Hypnotherapy

I also offer single sessions and packages of private coaching or hypnotherapy to address the following:

  • Eating disorders (excluding anorexia nervosa) – therapeutic coaching only
  • Body Image
  • Anxiety
  • Stress
  • Menopause

Individual sessions and packages are available to purchase separately, or after completion of either my private coaching or group coaching programmes.

These are also available to purchase, at a reduced cost, as an ‘add on’, while going through my group Chaos to Calm programme.

Therapeutic coaching Investment: £125 per session (60 minutes). Packages start at £450 for four sessions.

Hypnotherapy Investment: £185 per session (90 minutes). Packages start at £695 for four sessions).
